Who handles your information

The browned team manages information submitted through this website. You can reach us through the contact form, including for privacy and unsubscribe requests.

What we collect and why

If you opt into launch updates, we store your email address, consent and the time you signed up. We use these details to contact you about the launch. Signing up is optional.

If you contact us, we store your name, email address, subject and message so the team can respond. Please don’t include payment details or other sensitive information.

Storage and access

Submissions are stored in the site’s Cloudflare D1 database on Sites hosting. The team’s inbox requires authorised sign-in. We do not sell your information. Our hosting providers process technical request data needed to operate the site.

We keep launch-interest records while preparing the launch, and contact messages while handling the enquiry. You can request withdrawal, correction or deletion through the contact form. We will review information before transferring it to the official store or another mailing service.

Browser preferences

Your wishlist is stored in this browser, using local storage. Clearing your browser’s site data removes it. This release does not load Google Analytics or advertising trackers. Fonts may be requested from Google Fonts.

Your choices

Use the contact form with the subject “Privacy request” to unsubscribe or ask about access, correction or deletion of your information. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
